Refund Policy

QuickBooksorg charges for the bookeeping/accounting/payroll services after the service is delivered with the client’s consent. The client is eligible to terminate the QuickBooksorg services by providing a notice period of one month. 


If the client is unsatisfied with the services rendered through our website, they can claim the refund amount specifying the reason within the first 15 days of purchase. However,m it is entirely the decision of the QuickBooksOrg to give the refund for the services or not. 


All financial software as well as Point of Sale desktop software, is authorized to be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. On the other hand, the QuickBooks POS Online products have 45 day of return policy, offering you 35% of the restocking fee or, according to the Intuit updated refund policy at the time of subscription. 


We don’t accept returns of Non-Intuit software and the professional services ie, product training, shipping & insurance fees, and pre-paid time. However, if you found that the shipment is damaged in transit, you mustn’t throw the packaging, and you can connect with us for getting a claim. 


Shipping and insurance costs would not be refunded. Besides this, you are not eligible to claim a refund for the opened items, used items, damaged items, or items that you have purchased for more than 15 days.
